Off Plan Montenegro is a subsidiary of Kotor Accommodation DOO, a Registered Company in Kotor, Montenegro. Registered Number is 5-0329204/004. Off Plan Montenegro is jointly owned and managed by Roger Wilson, Chrisna Wilson and Adrian Smith.

Roger and Chrisna, previously from Brighton, England, relocated to Kotor with their 2 children mid 2006, and soon after completed their first property deal in Montenegro. The success of their first purchase prompted the creation of Kotor Accommodation and Off Plan Montenegro. Roger is now full-time development manager for the Lustica Panorama Apartments and will be onsite daily during construction. Chrisna runs the Montenegro Sales office, which is in the Old Town of Kotor.
